Little Devil Teemo skin, a bit underwhelming?

Greetings Rioters and boarders (is it what we're called? I'm not sure) Anyways...

I just saw the Little Devil Teemo skin and I'm not sure how i feel about it. Don't get me wrong it's not straight up bad but falls abit short imo. When i first saw the teasers i couldn't help but compare it to a previous community made fan project https://youtu.be/bpOOu-SGwBY , and i understand that making a direct copy isn't an option but the fan made one shows how much it can be done with such consept.

Some things that felt lacking were his voice and Ult. As seen in the pre-released teaser his voice is the standard one. No new voice lines is understandable but at least tweak it to be more demon-like (similar to Demon VI's voice). As for the ult the laugh is amazing but the explosion feels weak, it lacks that umph, a bit more fire maybe or some sort of symbol on the flor once detonated would give it the kick it needs.

Note that I'm ully aware that the video is a "pre-teasre" and that it isn't complete, but that's why i'm making this discussion in the first place, to shine some light on a few points i feel missing.

As i said it's a good skin (especially that recall and death animation, they reflect the skin perfectly) but thought about putting my opinion out there. And please keep in mind i'm nowhere hating on Riot and this is solely based on my opinion.

EDIT 2: Probably the best idea/easter egg that would exist in league preiod, a 6/6/6 easter egg laugh!!! I know that this idea requires the player to die 6 times but still it would be amazing. The only thing I would change is do something with the VO. Like, maybe make Teemo say things in reverse (not my idea) or add a little bit of background effect to his voice.

i do hope they make some changes tbh, as a level 6 mastery teemo it just feels underwhelming to me, the omega squad skin is terrific but this one just has something off that i don't really like

I feel it's just the normal, completely unmodified VO. Like, you see the recall, the animations, and then you get this quite little "Hut two three four." While I still adore this skin, I was expecting at least a little modified VO.

I agree that it's lacking but comparing this skin with Omega Squad Teemo (which is a legacy skin) is a but unfair since this one costs 1350 RP. I do hope they tweak him a bit though.

i don't play teemo much, i play a variety of champions and rarely play top so it's only when i wanna play top that i'll pick teemo, even then i might pick lissandra or ekko

if they take it to 1820 and add a vo it would be worth.

The ult they are giving him is already very visually cluttering. If they gave him the one in the video I think many would call riot out on it being too visually cluttering.

Agreed, the fan-made ult is extremely cluttered. What i suggest is abit extra ground fire effect similar to the one showing in the Omega Squad Teemo ult. I'm aware that comparing a 1350 skin witha 1850 one is abit unfair which is why a liitle is asked out of it not a copy.

Although it's true this skin is a must just like very recent Baker Pantheon skin + you know it's all comes down to marketing (Rito is all about that money XD)
