Can we move Vampirism to Offense?

I think its position in the Utility tree is what keeps this mastery balanced.

When preseason season 5 hit I put 13 points in utility for all my junglers. Increased buff duration, movement speed, life steal and spell vamp, and an extra pot did wonderful things for my sustain, and I still had points to allocate towards offense or defense. I knew I was sacrificing combat power and clear speeds, but being able to clear more than three camps plus crab before backing felt like an advantage in the brutal new jungle.

Anyways, I think it's fine vampirism is in the utility tree. It introduces a choice between one form of power or another.
