Can we make all the other ap items like roa and abyssal please?
They're just too good for the price and are clearly outshining every other ap item.

Bullshit.
Only a few mages or ap champs build either.
ROA is only good if you need the stats, mainlybhealth, because you get close to the enemy.
Cho and ekko, mal maybe cause ult range, Annie cause she's short ranged. These are the champ obsee it on because most other mages can do damage from farther away and need ap or other items early, and buying this late is an absolute waste cause it won't finish stacks.
Abysal is the same kind of, only useful if you do close ap damage, Leblanc, ahri could if she needs the Mr, ekko does well with it, fiddle can.
If you are doing your damage from range like MOST ap champs it is a waste unless maybe you desperately need more mr
