one for ad one for ap.
I would make it :
3 + 0.76 per lvl AD = **15 ** at lvl 18 5 + 1.18 per lvl AP = **25 ** at lvl 18
Whats really missing in it's current state is initial stats.
Based on long sword and amp tome, that's about 700 gold worth of stats, which is not bad at all for where it is in the tree.
AD ( 3 + 1.5 PER LVL ) / AP ( 14 + 2 PER LEVEL )
TOTAL AT LVL 18 : 30 AD + 50 AP
It's like the 1% crit rune, probably won't matter but boy if it does, you'll be glad. The sustain from vampirism will become useless at some point if you get LS.
Honestly, they should probably change it to a flat bonus like they did with the scaling health -> flat health mastery change.
Something like 3-5 AD and 5-7 AP or something. I dunno.
It's meant for AP champions since the life steal and spellvamp is negligible and the extra ad helps with last hitting while the AP scales well with rabadons. It could use some buffs to the early game but it's not useless. I always take it on AP champs.
I seem to recall a Rioter mentioning that it's scaling instead of flat specifically in order to avoid buffing ranged harass.

It is literally outclassed by Runic armor if you buy more than 2 health potions, not even counting the increased natural health gen.
To be fair alternative is just as (non-)appealing with its 2% lifesteal/spellvamp.
If they give you more, hybrids world be buffed even harder. Sadly they won't give more stats to jax with his current state with

. They need to change how the masteries work with hybrids before they can buff stats outright.
I'd like to see more choices added in the lower tree before jumping the gun. Ferocity tree needs a mastery that scales with bonus ad/ap. So you build 300 ad, you get 30 ad.

They should just make it half flat half scaling. So you would get 5 ad and 9 ap at level one, but still only 10 ad and 18 ap at lvl 18. That way you actually get noticeable benefit before lvl 9.
I think they would probably say that it's in line with Vampirism since it gives you a maximum of 2% bonus Spellvamp and lifesteal. Though on the other hand I can get over 20 AD if I go a with flat AD runpage (I can probably double that in scaling if I were to get enough scaling AD runes)... so ya, Riot could stand to get a little perspective here considering they want masteries to be more useful than rune pages.
I honestly don't understand why they put AD and AP in the same mastery, it's utter trash for both AD and AP champs
