Can we please give these 2 REAL mana costs on their abilities...they tend to just spam their Q in lane for free harass with no real way to retaliate. Both also have some of the most punishing anti-melee passives I've ever seen in the game. Before anyone says "well use ranged" I don't think it's healthy when the only way to beat someone down is to stay away from them.

In darius' case a lot of people will likely say "well just don't let him get 5 stacks". However if you have no mobility at all there's nothing you can do vs him. For fiora...well you just have to hope she can't somehow hit that vital

As a darius main, I know very well you cannot spam decimate without running out of mana. A looooong time ago darius decimate used to be static 30 mana cost, but now the cost scales as you level it up, and every darius always levels up decimate first.

Fiora on the other hand? While her mana costs can seem like bullshit at times, she's not particularly strong and doesnt need any nerfs.

Fioras w and e have higher mana costs and q is just there to combo with a hard vital proc
