@meddler I like the Mastery and item changes but here goes my trademark lucian question

Well like the title says I like those changes to both cleaver and youmuu and the masteries. As a Lucian main though I am expecting him to dip again because his highest win rate build is the youmuu cleaver and even that version has him pretty weak. Not as weak as he was before this patch but still weak. Is it possible that he will get a direct buff in this pbe cycle?

He should end up liking the new item 3153 no? Along with any warlords/fervor changes they do.
