Haven't we all. Fizz was nerfed because he was oppressive in lane, but could be easily shut down in teamfights. Leblance is the same. Only thing, she can't go F**king ad.

The best way to shut down lebroken is completely ignore her let her have the entire lane cause she cant cs minions annyway
