Taric's ult isn't visible enough for allies

Yeah, he's a little strong right now, but literally every game I play with him (admittedly at low level) my allies almost seem to start falling back in response to my ult. Does it look like a damage effect? Does it seem a bit too visually similar to abilities already in play (like his heal)? I don't know. But when I get a teamwide 2.5 invulnerability effect, I want my allies to know they're invulnerable, and the response universally seems to be to act as if they're in danger.

We could literally be winning a teamfight when I ult and they start falling back. It's ridiculous.

It's more of a knowledge thing than visibility thing. People aren't familiar with the new Taric yet, so they're not used to seeing his ult and knowing what to do when it goes off. Hell, I've been seeing people run like mad when Trundle sets off his icy ground thing, despite the fact that it only buffs him and doesn't actually do damage or any other effect to enemies in it.
