Can we have a "favorite champions" list of some kind in lobby?

TL;DR: Sometimes you need to pick a champion for a case you aren't prepared for. It would be nice to be able to produce a list of, say, 10 champions max, that you could filter to with the click of a button. There are something like 123 champions in the game, and for someone who doesn't really have a main, it can be frustrating to hunt through for someone who suits the situation best when you're on a schedule.

I had a weird case today where I called fill... waited until the 30-seconds-left mark when nobody called anything, and said support... only for someone to instalock Janna bot with 10 seconds remaining. Since NOBODY called their roles but me, I had to figure out what was left (turned out to be mid, my worst role) and grab an appropriate champion in only 10 seconds... and I ended up panic-picking Vi because I forgot what midlane champs I knew how to play. I'm not a very good Vi.

So I ended up Vi vs Katarina. That was a thing.

Janna took heal and clarity, claiming to be "new" despite being level 30 with 65 normal wins, and refused to buy sightstone until someone explained what it did. "Because I'm new," she said. Fucking trolls. "What are the red and blue buff timers? I'm new, I don't know. Guys listen. Listen to me I'm new. Tell me." Stopping to type midfight. "Explain buff timers."

Anyway, the game might not have gone so disastrously if I'd picked somebody I'm a bit more adept with - Pantheon or Twitch, maybe - but with such a huge number of champions currently in the game, I didn't have time to go through and hunt for someone specific.

Is there any chance we can have a customization option implemented that lets us pick a list of favorites?
