As a Jungle Hecarim Main

I thought that the changes to his q wouldn't be that bad. He would have faster clear times, but less damage when ganking. Now I always have mana problems and his clear is about the same. He isn't even really fun to play any more. Is there a way to make his jungle what it used to be and still nerf his top lane?
