Nemesis Draft is a game mode that is fun for all of the exact opposite reasons that URF is fun.

URF is fun because there are a bunch of super broken champions you can play. Nemesis Draft is fun because you get to use otherwise bad champions and it changes every game.

URF rewards you for having good micro skills and being good at individual champions. Nemesis Draft rewards you for having good decision making skills and working as a team.

In URF you are given a definite solution (broken champions) and you need to win the game with it before the opponent does. In Nemesis Draft, the enemy team gives you a challenge with the team they give you, and you have to find a way to get around that weakness.

URF is a game mode that's 100% about maximizing strength. Nemesis Draft is finding creative ways to get around massive weaknesses.
