Is riot ever going to fix DC in ranked

For a long time people disconnecting from ranked has been a problem that has plagued the entire community. Instead of putting in a system that helps players with a disconnecting teammates it just goes unchecked and even though it doesn't happen often enough to affect an overall ranked score it is still aggravating knowing that you have to redo something not because you weren't good enough, but because someone didn't have a good internet connection. Like when you are in your promos and you just need one more win and someone disconnects in two of your games and you have to try again. This is something riot should deal with in their ranked ques rather than just letting these obviously unfair games go.

When someone isnt in game for 15 minutes it ruins the entire game for everyone else. At an even level of skill it just means that you lost the game you are in and have to start all over. In a ranked game that means you have to wait for however long it takes the enemy team to down your nexus because even at a 4v5 your team isnt willing to surrender. In ranked games this minor affliction becomes a major irritation as you have to now somehow play better all because riot doesn't look at these games and say that you don't deserve to lose these matches.
