azir hasn't been fixed yet

So i have found a few bugs with azir. first his soldiers don't always attack after being spawned. Sometimes i have to wait 3 or 4 seconds just to get his soldiers to start attacking minions after standing around clicking on them. 2nd after using Q the soldiers dont attack or will attack a random target. Idk why but i see it happen a lot where i will use my Q and then my soldiers will attack a minion that i didnt target. And finallyl I've had 2 games where playing as azir** i could see the create tower icons just after game start.** When i attempted to create a tower it worked even when a tower was already present. Kinda wierd and defenitely broken, but it made me realize that if you spawn a tower at fountain then the fountain will constantly heal the tower and the tower will never die.
