Garen's E doesnt Crit anymore?

OK so i was watching my friend having some fun by playing Good Old Crit Garen BUT I realised that when he was using his E ability Judgment it showed that it was dealing Only Physical Damage that was strange because he had like 70% Critical Chance but it didnt inicate that it Was dealing critical Damage.
