Even with my dislike for the champions it was nice to see a fancy 3D piece again. Only real gripe is that Rakan looked a bit like someone in their 40s trying to look like they're a teenager, it looks really weird.

Hmm. If Zed is actively interested and supporting the theft of magic to increase his own power, I'm really concerned why Syndra has any association to him whatsoever. That nature is almost entirely antithetical to who and what she is. If they're direct enemies (or at best, non-aggression pact in lieu of larger enemies), maybe there's an uneasy truce, but he'd definitely be at the head of her chopping block after the traditional leaders.
So what is going on exactly that is destroying all the "wild magic"? Is it actually just Zed and the shadow ninjas? is it Ionian civilization and development like deforestation or something? Is it the Watchers? Is it Lissandra? Is it Jinx? Is it Gangplank's revenge? Is it the Black Mist? Is it Lucian's quest to the Shadow Isles? Is it Xerath? Is it Azir's return to Shurima? Is it Sivir's link to Azir? Is it another plot-line that will never be resolved?
How many fortresses does Zed have? Where does he get the money for this? Why haven't any Ionian officials sent an army after him?
