Some advice for Soraka?
Thinking of picking her back up as the enchanter items got buffed, plus I wanna make use of that Reaper Soraka Skin. You guys got any advice?

harass a ton with your Q and when they overextend use your E to trap em and make sure you have a ton of map awareness cause you got a global ult and if your ally is low run towards them cause it can help you get away as well as save them
This^^^^ As someone who plays Soraka and bullies people out of lane, it's so tilting when I try ADC and get a Soraka that stands behind me and does nothing
Contrary to popular belief, Soraka doesn't just stand behind people and heal them. That's how you get bullied out of lane, especially in this meta. I say this because even into Platinum, I got players asking me why I don't start W. Soraka players haven't done that since season 5.
Her Q is what you will mostly be relying on during the laning phase. Soraka does a surprising amount of damage early game which catches a lot of people off guard, so just make sure to be assertive as you want to avoid a situation where you're stuck under tower. Sometimes that's just the way the cookie crumbles no matter how great you play, but that's largely dependent on if you get stuck with something like a Tristana.
You can max W first, a lot of Sorakas still do, but almost everyone starts Q and I personally prefer to max Q first because she really is no longer a sustained healer until late game. You won't get a lot of heals off early game outside clutch situations and healing up damage done after a trade. During early fights the CD is too long and you'll already be losing HP from trades.
The second most important thing to playing Soraka is always being prepared to be the first target. Soraka can not only save an ally, but she can also completely negate an assassin's all in with her AoE silence/root. Everyone will be looking to kill you first if they have the chance, and thanks to runes reforged and overloaded kits, they have more than enough damage and escapes to do that. Always remember that.
Also as tempting as it is, don't waste your E to poke. The damage it does is decent early game, but unless you're sure nobody can take you out, save it because it is a godsend when you're ganked or need to disengage from a fight.
I would say runes are quite versatile on Soraka. What matters more is the spells you take. A lot of people think exhaust or ignite, but on Soraka (as of right now) it is better to take barrier or heal.
We're no longer in an Ardent meta, so while that item is good on Soraka, I generally hold off on it until late game. Generally you'll want to go with a Redemption early game, and from there the build is very situational. Don't be afraid to look around on probuilds and see if you want to try anything out. She's pretty versatile.
If you're unfamiliar with bot lane, then you should know that one side gets all the ganks while the other gets none. Rarely are you left alone or have counter pressure present. Always prepare to be the lane that gets ganked and gets no counter ganks, and always keep an eye on mid, especially if it is a mobile mage.
Some other random advice would be like ward behind walls if you're against a Kayn. Blitzcranks usually invade the jungle. Get used to seeing Thresh. Ward deep against a Hecarim. Ban Lucian until he's nerfed. Don't let a Brand push you around, establish your dominance in lane. Use silence to cancel ults like MF's and Jhin's. Stop call backs or jumps from assassins with it too. Buy a control ward and place it behind you if you're getting shoved near or under tower. Damage is so high that dives are successful, especially infamous 4-man ones and they aren't afraid to try a pincer formation on you.
use her star guardian skin cause she cute af [sg-soraka]
Don't fall for the trap of Cosmic Insight. Using your spells 5% more just means you'll be running out of mana and health 5% faster. It's important to ration out your healing, especially in laning phase.
It's much better to go resolve for Revilatize, since it makes your healing (on Q, W, R, and especially Redemption) 5% stronger without having to sacrifice more health, and it becomes even stronger on targets under 40% health. Her passive and R also synergize extremely well with this.
Small tip, your ADC or other allies don't have to be 100% HP all the time. Don't leave yourself too vulnerable, since if your allies are targeted you're the one that can save them.
Try using the guardian rune, literally all of your QWER spells can proc it from far away. If your teammate is getting assblasted and you're running towards him, you can use QE on your ally and it will proc guardian, giving your teammate and you shield/ms. Cool thing to do if you're not in the W range. It's also good 'cuz soraka is so squishy, so it can help sometimes. In lane you can literally max any skill you want, if you can poke hard with Q and you can hit them constantly, max Q 3-4 points, then W. If you're against someone like brand/zyra, max E, 3-4 points then W. And if you're getting rekt, just max W, then E, but most of the time, it's not that great, since you lose all your early game dmg from QE. Combo for getting them rooted is QE, cuz the slow from q can make them get rooted in E. In teamfights always stay behind your team, never go upfront, use them dank speals and heal the sht out of everyone. ':) Also, I always take barrier and with guardian you can have good survivability against assasins always trying to milk your goat titties.
For items, you can build athenes/ardent first, then redemption/mikaels- if they have cc, knights wow can be good sometimes, and locket as the last item, doubt games will go further than that. Got diamond 2 last year with soraka only 60% win rate, then Idk what the fk happened, every game was decided by 10 mins, dropped to d5 and stopped playing xD
Three points in E, then max w. Easy lane into any matchup.
Uuuuhhh well I'd take q first if you want to harass, e if you want to halt the enemy's harass, q or e with w is fantastic depending of certain matchups but if you want to survive for a long time while healing someone, take q since if you hit a champ with it (non friendly) you heal off of it. Ult should absolutely be used when an ally is low and is far away, but if you are smart you can save it with a Redemption if they are close enough to be effected by that. Or ult if they are too low to receive the redemption in time. If you do however want to heal a lot you should get every item that increases healing for maximum effect. For example putting someone from half health to almost full with 1 to 2 W's late game. But if the maximum effectiveness for less isn't your thing you could get a Warmogs to add onto your health for more healing without chunking too much of your own health bar. But if you want a meme build go ad Soraka because healing and having a ranged silence which can turn into a cc is absolutely great. A non meme build that is still "viable" (meme at this point) and isn't ad is clearly ap Soraka, which is cancer to face but a blast to play as well.
