Why does Yasuo's windwall still come from his center which lets him block shots that already "hit"?

Just wondering.

Stuff like this is still legit possible.

It lets him block shots that come by throwing the windwall at a right angle instead, backwards, or just throw it any direction after it already contacted his model.

Well it's as rare as Riven's E "CC cancel" so I mean it's not even that big of a deal but if they removed that off of Riven then I don't see why removing this is wrong. But to be on the other side the hitboxes are horrid in the first place. And it's not like it eliminates the punishment for missing a windwall. It's basically luck because of how rare it is to do. I mean the wall starts at Yasuo then TP's a bit infront of him so projectiles can rarely go THROUGH the wall. It's not healthy but it's "balanced" bug wise.

It's so you can use it at point blank range if you anticipate the enemy spell correctly. Champs like Ahri or Lux would be almost impossible to aggress against if it didn't work this way.

Because it would be unusable in melee range otherwise A spell has not 'hit' until it has actually dealt it's effects to Yasuo
