Probably because Kayle and Morgana have full VGU coming compared just a mini update that Ezreal needed, not sure why Rek Sai is on this list especially since she came after Ezreal, or Tristana for that matter who just needs a meta shift to be considered good again...and Volibear too for that matter.
Ezreal is still useless.
All he does is hop around while the enemy pushes him and his support under tower because he does no damage in a meta where ganks are scarce and problematic supports emphasize one sided ADC matchups.
Probably was a side project tbh.
