Some similarities and difference between NA and EU

Recently, I've played on the Eu server, I only started making the account yesterday, I'm level 9, Here are some of the things I've noticed.

First of all, I didn't go by a single game without anyone smurfing. When I was a noob, I only encountered maybe 5 smurfs. On my smurf account, I can go by 1/5-10 games without a smurf. On Eu, everyone was a smurf. I also noticed a lot of people inting, then again, that's everyone when they're new. Another thing I noticed was being present in Eu smurfing. But far, far, less than NA. I noticed the tutorial system changed and you get new champion shards that I can sell for an easy 6300 champion. I've fallen in love with playing 100% worth. I tried but her early game was just too weak due to her mana hungryness and how bad she does against . In Eu, there are so much more talking and interactions in chat. But then again, its because of the smurf. 1 game 2 people wanted mid. In NA people would be respectful and accept it and pick another role. In Eu its a warzone. 1 was a , the other was a . The called mid first but died to before minions even spawned. With the help of me, I managed to get rid of that inter and put mid. In EU low levels ( I was lvl 9) people just aren't accepting that others got their role before them. I called top first, but the still called it and drafted a top laner. With the help of we got rid of her. In EU,(most) people aren't honest about what their main account rank or level is. This illaoi called herself plat but wouldn't help the jungler leash. While in Na people still lie a in one of my games died 12 times to that he was 3 levels ahead of me. And made fun of our for every time she died despite inting. Yet, this player still "insists" that she's platinum despite her ignorance in animation cancelling. In NA, I often encounter smurfs asking for their smurf's rank, a lof of them were honest. In Lobby :"I'm smurfing from bronze, this is a free win." after game:"My main account is gold, but I don't do too good." "My main account got perma banned." However, in Eu, I only encountered 1 or 2 DC. While in NA I gave up on counting.
