maybe the "tower pushing buff" will be powerful enough that some teamcomps will revolve around the ADC/Support heading top, taking that ASAP, then destroy the top and midlane towers, all while SOMEONE has to hold down the fort in botlane.

HP pots are going up slightly while the starting Dorans items are getting lowered. calm down.
The new objective means that bullshit 4 or 5 people appearing bot can stop happening as frequent as it does.
The TP changes will be minor and only for discouraging mid lane from taking it, they have no problem with top lane using it the way it's being used.
Maybe if you actually read beyond what you didn't like you would have known that.

top has more objectives than, "Starve the enemy top laner to the point of surrender."

Out of all the top laners I've fought, Nasus is not one that I have found particularly weak.
This is a valid complaint. Maybe he'll get a rework one day.

Everyone thought Nasus would be great in the teleport meta, turns out he is actually hurt by it because he takes teleport for reasons completely opposite of other toplaners who would abuse it to get double kills botlane. Now Nasus's most important spell got nerfed because of it.
There was no need to add an early game objective top lane. Now Darius and Renekton are actually going to have junglers even more eager to help them dive Nasus under his tower early game.
Also increasing the power of early game offensive items and nerfing or outright removing all the early game sustain items? Nasus is already painful enough to play when your botlane decides to feed hard early and you can't do anything to stop it, now you can't even hope to survive lane yourself.
Not to mention Riot continues to nerf splitpush as a strategy. New Baron counters splitpushing, double TP means someone will always be there to halt your push, and Tahm can pop out of nowhere and instantly force you in a 2v1 while you're splitpushing. Oh, and let's not forget removal of green trinkets so now it is going to be even harder to keep the enemy jungle warded while you split.
Nasus could get some buffs but that wither needs to be nerfed or changed for that to happen.

Tbh, Nasus problem is not really having trouble with Q stacking, it's that his lategame reward for having is Q stacked is, sorry to point that out, garbage. A 700+ stacks Nasus is a very strong duellist all right, but he sucks in teamfighting, he gets easily kited and he has no defensive steroid except some flat health on ult, so he's melted incredibly easily.
If Nasus actually was a huge menace lategame, maybe that'd be justified; but right now, even farmed, Nasus is hardly a menace.
Also I'm not even sure he can duel the likes of 
I dunno, you guys seem to jumping the gun here. Don't forget that masteries are getting changed and that there are new starting items to better broaden different strategies.
Even then, I'd probably just adapt by building Defensive AD runes (AD, CDR, Lifesteal, and Health) and using the new defensive masteries (which I'm pretty excited about even if I don't know what they are).
Then I'd buy Cull and a potion, head to lane and farm for a refillable potion and some other cores starter items.
But that's just me. I'd rather see what I can do rather than circlejerk about nerfs without taking into account all the other game changes coming.

There's a new item that gives more gold on farming(1 per kill), plus a champion kill at 100 minions.
Don't count him out just yet.

Seriously tho, Nasus isnt weak, he is simply much more pick dependant that before his time as a generalistic FotM... kinda what he was at the beginning. He will be picked when the enemy at toplane isnt a lanebully and will most probably win in that match-up.
Depends on what the price of item change to.
