Is ranked really fair?

Now as a gold player, I don't want to say this is only me, but ranked is unfair. Many people make the "Win lase lose game" quote all the time, and to me that is partially true. Why i say that is because most of the games i play is "Win lane lose game" and I ask to myself, what did i do wrong? For most people ranked can be easy and some say it's the worst thing ever. If the ranked system matches us with people of our skill level, then how come my teammates are not the same skill level as me?

And the enemy players are usually diamond and plat, when i'm in gold! It usually feels like i always do so good in lane winning it 90% of the time, but my team always loses. Now this is not always the case, sometimes we get carried by teammates, and we lose lane. But make it where our teammates and enemy's are the same skill so it will be a more enjoyable game.

P.S. If your in a division and your gold 5 or whatever, don't make it where you can demote into the tier below you.
