People who rage quit and leave their team to wait for defeat should be treated differently.

Often you will find rage quitters that are salty about their ADC losing one cs at the start of the game and just decide to troll and leave the match while leaving a witty response - "k, bye" or the ever popular "I'm done, I won't play anymore".

People that intentionally leave a game with proof (chat) should be taken a bit more seriously.
