You keep ignoring the existence of scripters, Riot

Let's pretend they don't exist! That way when we're questioned about it we don't have to respond at all. Cool. Around 3 weeks ago I decided to revisit my EUW account and play my 10 games of ranked. Sure enough, not one, 2 scripters with blatantly obvious scripts were mashing the game into a pulp. Xerath mid lane with out of this world skillshots and a bot lane Varus that can predict invisible units, while micrododging and attacking at the same time, those guys really deserve challenger how good they are, Kappa. Three weeks later, they still play, still duo, same champions, Xerath and Ezreal mostly. You know what's funny, my duo partner and me won that round, because enemy top laner was afk and came back to intentionally feed. LOL

You know what's the saddest thing about all this, none of the players in the game actually realized they were scripting until we pointed it out, people even ask what scripts are in the first place, that's all on you Riot, all on your neglecting the issue that has been here for YEARS, fucking years, I've seen in the past 2 seasons so many blatant cheaters it's not even funny, on EUW and EUNE. They still play to this day. Pick your flavour, is it the dodge combo Cassio, Karthus that has global hp vision of enemies, or invisibility (visibility) cheat and map zoom outs, the backwards Ryze combo that literally breaks the in game model how ridiculous it looks while the script is trying to reposition the character, global low hp recall ults on the fountain...

It's not enough you won't deal with toxicity, it's not enough people intentionally feed in fucking ARAM games and troll and get away with it. You had to leave one more thing in there. Your game in NOT FUN, it's NOT COMPETITIVE, it's a steaming pile of shit and you let it be this way. Fuck your game.
