Wasent the goal of League last time to reduce mobility? Why are we trying to increase it.

The wind dragon offers movement speed champions like Twitch evelynn and other assassins love it. I find it that a lot of 10 year olds are like ''bro infernal fuck wind dragon'' and people are actually considering those opinions.

Not really. Riot didn't say anything that general. They wanted to reduce easily accessible movement speed, particularly in-combat mobility like alacrity and swifties. They didn't say anything about situational or relatively inaccessible movement speed, particularly out-of-combat movement speed.

If all they wanted to do was "reduce mobility", they wouldn't have introduced this dragon in the first place.

Every professional player who has spoken on the subject has agreed that cloud drake is the weakest by far. Some professional teams have not gone for it even when they had nearly guaranteed free dragons because the reward is not worth even the smallest potential risk.

It sucks. It is not as good as the other dragons in any scenario. There is no team composition or game state where I want a cloud drake more than an infernal drake.

Of course its the weakest by far, There will be one dragon that is obviously the weakest, if it wasent wind it'd be water if it wasent water itd be earth its just a cycle.

But i do not think it needs a ''buff'' you know? That 15 movement speed is a nice touch more then people think. I guess im the only one that thinks that you know?

There will be one dragon that is obviously the weakest,

No, there doesn't have to be. Ideally, the weakest dragon should change based on the situation. If I have a high-sustain team that is based around hard engage, water should be the weakest, while low-sustain poke teams against pokers love water the most. Similarly, mountain can benefit some pushers and objective controllers, while straight teamfighters may care less about it. The other dragons work this way already. Cloud dragon does not.

Could SHOULD heavily benefit assassins and teams that want to roam for picks. It should be something that enables their style of play. However, even in its ideal situation, it is weaker than every other dragon. That is a problem.

But i do not think it needs a ''buff'' you know?

If it is always the weakest, it needs a buff or a rework.

That 15 movement speed is a nice touch more then people think.

It may suck less than people think, but ultimately it still sucks, and that is a problem that should be fixed.

I see no compelling reason for leaving the cloud drake weak. It is bad, and at the very least it should be less bad than it currently is.

Im not going to argue with someone who argues with a fact.

I didnt state an opinion, i said ''There will be one that is weaker than the others'' This is a fact.

If wind dragon wasent here, There would be still a WEAKER dragon example water vs infernal. Water is considered weaker....

It is a fact that there is one dragon that will generally be weaker. That is not what I have a problem with. The problem is that cloud dragon is** always **weaker. Every game, every situation, every champion, cloud dragon is the worst. That is not a necessary situation. It is not a guarantee that one dragon will be the worst in every single game.

It is fine for one dragon to be weaker most of the time, so long as it is situationally strong. Cloud dragon is not situationally strong. It is always weak. That is not good design. It should be stronger than the other dragons at least some of the time. If it never is, it is a problem.

There would be still a WEAKER dragon example water vs infernal. Water is considered weaker.

Water is **usually **considered weaker. Not **always. ** There are games where water is actually a more desired dragon than infernal, and we all know that the relative worth of water and mountain shift a lot based on the game (mountain is never really better than infernal, but that's a separate balance problem). That's the difference between the other dragons and the cloud dragon. Each of the other dragons can shift a bit in relative power depending on the game, but they are all always better than the cloud dragon.

Each dragon's power changes depending on the game. Infernal can be either the 1st or 2nd strongest dragon. Water can be the 1st, 2nd or 3rd strongest dragon. Mountain can be the 2nd or 3rd strongest dragon. Cloud is the 4th, every game, no exceptions. Its position relative to the other dragons does not vary based on the game. That is not necessary. That is a problem.

We can buff cloud dragon to the point where it is usually the weakest, and sometimes not the weakest. That is far superior to the current situation, where it is always the worst in every game without exception.
