Why don't you get LP back for getting a troll?

So I have been having some troll recently, and I think loosing 20 LP every time I get a troll is unfair. Yes, I lost the game, but was it really fair that I had someone intentionally lose? Riot must think so. If they really wanted to have no more trolls they would only subtract half the LP loss when a troll is on your team. Riot does not care that you just wasted 40 minutes trying to come back from a game with a troll, because you should have just ff @ 20. I think there could be a better system for trolls, like giving half the LP taken away back to the team with the troll. of course you cant be queued up with the troll before, to get the LP back because that would cause intentionally trolling to affect more people. But anyway thats just what i think about it, tell me what you people who are reading this think bec I want to know.

Just had this happened to me just now. Person didn't get the champ they wanted and proceeded to picking Janna jungle. Didn't do one buff and sat in top lane stealing cs and XP. The game ended with this person going 0/19 after explicitly typing in chat that they are gonna feed. So there is absolute proof that this person fed intentionally and something has to be done about it. Everyone in the game reported him I am sure but that is so hollow because that person won't be punished, will do it again(toxic players stay toxic no matter what) and worst of all 4 ppl lost hard earned LP for no reason. Btw this was on euw and the trolls' name was ImLEESINdude

Day 2. Same thing. His champ got banned, troll picked teemo mid and stood mid till creeps came died to enemy immediately then quit so we cant remake. Dont know if this is worse than going 0/19 but it f**king sucked to be in another game with this type of cancerous behavior. This time I lost my final promo game so its more than just LP and I can confirm the 8 others reported this as well. Surely Riot or whoever can see this is some toxic ass stuff, but what? does he have to do it another 10 times before he can be punished? Everyone else except him is being punished and it sickens me. All I want is justice(and maybe some LP back). The struggle continues (troll's name : LittlePinkiePie).
