Feeders

Ive just lost my promos 2 times becaue people fed and I was thinking this isnt fair, ive spent all my time trying to get into promos and these people think they can just ruin my game and then its my fault I lost?? There should definintally be a system that punishes feeders for feeding. the repot litteraly does nothing at all. It really affects my playing when people feed and then dont listen to me. It pust the impression that they want to loose, and i thik the people who do bad should be placed with people who also do bad or something like they get less ip. honestly im just mad because i lost promos twice and want the feeders to be punished.
