Modify Warmogs for ARAM

Because all ARAM is becoming is who can build item 3083 and survive the longest. Riot has made modifications with item 3007 and item 3029 , how about they make a modification to item 3083 so it doesn't become the only strat people ever use. I've seen Veigar build it with item 3029 , I've seen Yasuo build it with item 3065 . At least with tanks it makes more sense to build cause they need to take a lot of damage (though champs who only need to build health and still deal a lot of damage is still bs to me ie Garen, Darius, etc).

Yes, building item 3083 then takes away from their damage; but that doesn't matter if they are able to build stacks, or the fact that they have no resistances (armor/magic resist) built and still take hardly any damage (cause that makes sense). item 3083 just breaks ARAM so much, and it's pretty obvious too, but that's why I'm suggesting a modification over just taking it out entirely. Just don't have it regen as much health or something, something minor that makes it less broken on ARAM.

You mentioned tanks earlier, but I think tanks and some bruisers are far more reliant on warmogs in ARAM than any other class.

They're the class that's literally designed to absorb dmg for everyone else. For them to be useful after a teamfight they need to be almost full hp which isn't as true for other champs as much. The only way to restore HP is to die if warmogs is out.

A lux at 50% hp and 100% hp can still throw some spells safely.

A jax / sejuani at 50% hp and a jax / sejuani at 100% hp is a completely different story.

I think if they wanted to modify it they could increase the HP threshold required for its passive. I think it would satisfy your needs but the problem is it will also take longer for tanks to get...

I think you could remove it if HP regen was a thing you could build without resorting to one item but hp regen is really meh on aram outside of the guardians horn and warmogs.

Even still, it makes sense because of that reason for tanks to build warmogs so I can understand from that point, but yeah it's still annoying. My main beef with warmogs that I don't get is that I will build similar builds against warmogs and do hardly any damage, but when I go against others, their builds work just fine against warmogs. If it's because of runes then that would make sense, but it's still such a nuisance.

It makes senses for her to build it since she is using her own health to heal other, but I think a way to balance it with her is to register the health she gives away as damage to herself. That way she can't just repeatedly heal others and be regening at the same time.
