Ranked and positions

I want to go ahead and point out some flaws in riots new ranking system, I am a player who likes to have options I use to be an adc main but after riot completely dropped the ball and screwed all Adc players I have taken up mid. Now it seems in order for me to enjoy ranked I have to get mid and mid only because I want to climb the ranked system. I play Mid,jungle, and adc but given the complete disaster the Adc roll is in at this time I try to stay away from Adc. The fact that I have to play 48 placement matches just to make sure all my rolls are up to par is completely insane. If you think league was grinding before welcome the shit show we have now. I do not want to have to play massive amounts of games to climb and if i don't get my main roll im screwed yeah maybe I get a few points in my main but its a complete waste of time now. The ranked system is broken and again someone dropped the ball and all league players have to suffer. I use to look forward to switching up rolls in ranked but no longer do. This ranked season looks to be turning out worst then last season and as of right now I will not play ranked because of this set up.
