Interface lagging, chat not logging in and or lagging. Store does not work.

From the start of the new up date my league interface has been lagging a lot. I have to re log most of the time for it to correct itself. My chat system as is lagging and takes me a re log to fix the issue if not more then once. The store on my interface is the worst of it all, I can not gift a skin buy a skin or even get the store to come up, I continue to get an error screen that tells me to re log to fix the error only I keep getting the same screen. I have never had these issues until the update. I have posted two pictures, one being the chat log lagging and the second being the store error. I have logged in three times already trying to fix the store with no luck as of right now my store does not work. Please fix. Thank you.
