Players and intentionally trolling/losing a game.

Im asking the community for advice. I played a ranked game with someone who basically trolled from the start. The player got picked into mid and goes ez jungle with Smite/Flash. Player then takes junglers blue and everything from there on never going mid once. After game was over I added the player to see his match history and it showed a pattern of intentional losses and his profile quote was "How to get to B5??" end quote. I screenshot the 3 different pages of losses right at 20 or more losses in a roll. This player was Plat last season. Is there any other way to bring such behavior to riots attention besides the reporting system? I find it to be ineffective in matters like this. Best regards to all summoners dealing with anything like this, makes the game terrible.
