What can i do against zed/fizz as veigar?

Both of them just go right through my stun. Sure i could rush zhnoyas but then what do i do about being out of mana for the time being? What do i do about the burst from his OTHER abilities?

No champion played mid can do anything against Zed. You have to hope he is bad. Great design.

And pretty much any champion if you play smart, dodge his poke, and don't take unnecessary risks.

You play Warwick and Alistar mid?

Kayle is pathetic against Zed. He can bait an ult anytime he pleases, and then just go back and finish the job at will. It's not even slightly risky. Plus, any poke he lands will stick.

Fizz can't touch you before lvl 3 without losing 70 % of his hp bar. After lvl 3 ask for camp and kill him when he goes on u. Later you outscale and Veigar can build semitanky without losing dmg unlike Fizz. Vs Zed - you have to dodge his Qs and W or you will feed and he will snowball. Still, he is weaker than you and has less utility.

As an old Veigar man I can give you some tips to make lane phase alot easier :D.

Zed and fizz both have great mobility so you need to learn to drop your stun right ontop of- Shit nvm they nerfed his stun.
Since you do alot of damage with your Q remember to harass since they can't dodge- Shit it's a skillshot now.
Rush a seekers arm-guard and you should be okay....Except now you have no mana or mana regen...

Okay I'm sorry but I need to start a new group of tips.

Lube up very well since it'll make it alot easier on you and your butthole-as a whole.
Hug that tower man because you're gonna lose if you don't.
Once t hey hit level 6 go to another lane since you're going to die everytime their ults are up.
Play bots because at least you're not going to have to deal with them :(

If it's not blatantly clear, I hate Zed with a burning passion.

Veigar has a small disadvantage in this meta anyway.

Ask to have your mid camped by your jungler if possible and farm under turret.

For Fizz at least i can tell you if he tries to E past your stun it will still stun him. Fizz if you build early MR like a chalice and abyssal staff he cant kill you, zed on the other hand is just a hardcounter so if you are planning on playing veigar you should definitely get him banned.

you can't do anything as veigar. against fizz. if you magically don't feed him early game. you might be able to one shot him late game if you can force him to E before you ult him. and you don't wanna pick veigar against ad assassins at all.
