Depends on the matchup. Sometimes it's nice to hang around under tower with very little health, especially if the enemy is overconfident. You won't believe how many times I've gotten kills against full health enemies that dove me as 100 health Braum, sometimes doubles.

In lane is one thing, and really depends on the situation. But when people do it later in the game while in their own base, that tilts me. Like thanks for giving them baron too

Step 1 - play Sion

Step 2 - be low health

Step 3 - are there enemies nearby?

Yes: Go in and murder them with your passive
No: Go to the nearest enemy buff, let it kill you, then murder it with your passive

Step 4 - respawn the instant your passive dies with bonus gold to spend and possibly a shiny buff
