Ghostcrawler. Can you guys please open up discussion on Olaf?

I don't want to make a whole in-depth thread with math and tired explanations of how Olaf is in a horrible state-- just to get ignored for another 50 pages and 300 up-votes. So I'm just going to ask: can you please discuss Olaf and change some things? Other Olaf fans and I would be more than happy to give suggestions if you just showed interest.
