I'd appreciate it if you'd actually acknowledge the hilarious state he's in. Honestly, Olaf is a symbol for how low your company can stoop to when it comes to balance / dealing with the community. It's a freaking joke, man. Get it together and FIX HIM.

It always amazes me how upset people can get when their champ falls out of favor. ya need to get over it bud.

Olaf didn't "fall out of favor".

He was gutted to the point of being unrecognizable, then left out to die with no discussion supported by Riot.

I challenge you to find an Olaf main that's happy with his current kit. It's an abomination.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I know Olaf isn't it a good place but if you've played this game for a while, which I'm assuming you have if you even know who Olaf is, then you know champs get stuck in a rut for a while. It's really not something that should upset you, there are 120 other champs to play. Even when he was broken OP, he wasn't fun to play, you know what you do when a champ isn't fun to play? You play someone else.

I don't think Yi is fun to play, should I complain to Riot? or just play someone else?

Olaf was broken OP because Riot massively buffed the items he used to great effect. OLAF wasn't OP (though, his kit was busted), he just had strong tools.

Nerfed Olaf is stronger and more fun than the heap of shit that we have now.

I'm complaining because Olaf isn't the champion I invested my time and money into. He isn't enjoyable anymore and his kit was destroyed intentionally so he was never a viable pick again.

Funny thing is? Most people agree with that statement. Riot still refuses to do anything about the piss-poor state he's in.

I don't think that's a meaningful distinction. Item buffs make champions stronger. That made Olaf OP. Item changes can make someone OP or UP, but they can't make a kit broken or reasonable (and as you note, his kit was broken).

i mean Eve is my fave champ ever...she has been in surgery for years and is still sick. at least a minor buff or tweak could fix olaf.

"A minor buff or tweak" couldn't fix Olaf.

Immobile.
Only form of CC is a skill shot slow, easily dodged if you're not bad.
Overloaded with attack speed that he can't use 90% of the time because he's immobile and his only form of CC is a skill shot slow, easily dodged if you're not bad.
Ultimate is designed to counter himself, removing his defenses when he needs them most while giving him CC immunity (half of the duration being wasted to close the gap in team fights since Olaf is immobile).
