Where does RIot even find these people for promos?

Like honestly. Most of my games leading up to my promos have been really pleasant, a lot of team coordination and nice synergy with all of us. As soon as I hit promos I get a lissandra that refuses to group because she fail dived a yasuo with exhaust and just sat top farming all game. Next game we had a wukong who refused to group or help because the enemy took baron even though we still had advantage and all game he just called us "NA dogs". Like honestly Riot why do you have to make promos the most horrendous experience in league. It's like day and night between your normal games and promo games.
