Sett is way overtuned. He needs to be toned down

Plain and simple. His numbers are insane, all around. His regen, his damage, especially his W. He beats basicly every top. I played just 3 games with him and totally stomped 3 mastery 7 players by smashing buttons. When i was up against him, He just needs to press W and bam, he has a Darius true damage ult on his W which even if you manage to steer out of its True damage line still deals ludicrous damage.

His numbers are just too high. Nerf his Passive regen, his Q, and especially nerf the living hell out of his W.

That ability should not deal True damage. Or if it does, it should only do so when it has a full bar of Grit and not before, and just flat out deal less damage.

Literally its a repetition of release day Ornn's W. A highdamaging and defensive ability cone of bullshit.
