Possible Jax buff?

I don't have a PBE account, so I'm not sure how good the QOL buff is on Jax or how good Trinity is on him yet next patch. But if he doesn't get a better win rate, could we add something to his E?

I think that a good buff for him would be either:

Make it so when he actives his E, he gets 10% tenacity and 10% slow resist (Might not fit with Riot's design philosophy of removing hidden power tbh, but I wanted to suggest it anyway, because the other idea I have might be broken)

Make it so that his E can be used to block a hard CC ability, but it will cancel his E (stun still applies)

The biggest problem I see with 1 is that it gives E hidden power. With 2, the cooldown of E with 45% CDR might be too low (4.4 seconds) and he might be dodging too much hard CC. You can up the CD of E, but if you make the CD greater, it is a pretty big nerf to him

Jax's problem is the meta, not the numbers. There was a time when Lulu was super popular time, again Jax was trash tier. Everyone picks champions that counter melees. Even Jax counters other melee DPS champions. There is a reason why ranged champions dominate the game.

BTW, Shyvana, XIn, WW, Tahm, Illaoi and Poppy have lower winrate than Jax top in plat +. Xin has 42 % - what a joke.
