Why are the easiest champs rewarded the most?

Sure doesn't feel that way to me. Seems like once you start facing people who understand the game it takes more effort to get the same reward, since everyone else starts using harder champs that have more tools at their disposal.

What "easy" champs are we talking about? OP, you need to specify what you're thread is about before others start asking the same question.
