Make previous minion/map skins purchasable through huge amounts of IP or some amount of RP?

They should probably only be visible on the buyer's end, but it seems like a fun way to spend extra IP or spend some RP for a nice cosmetic change?

Minion skins would be like, Pool Party themed ones, Star Guardian ones, etc.

Map skins would be like Blood Moon, Winter Snowdown, etc.

I think cosmetic stuff would be good incentive. Even things like a different HUD overlay, loading screen borders, champ portrait borders in game etc.

Has no impact on gameplay but something to personalize your experience
