This one is so annoying! I mean, what do people want? A champion I can play, but perhaps not ideal for our team composition, or something that I can't play, but would "complete" the team?

I once got totally called out in a Normal Draft game for picking Nami (finally decided to just lock her in anyway), even after having told them I can't really play tanky supports - despite being both asked and told to pick a tanky support - but that I am a skilled Nami player.
Also, the jungler had still to pick something, but him not picking a tank was seemingly just fine.

Of course we lost that game.

Reason why I stopped playing tanky supports! I got so fed up with people not even leaving me the siege minion when I had a Relic (with charges), and how I had to explain that in every game (which didn't even help most of the time), I stopped playing Braum and Leona all together.

I've even had ADCs going "don't take my farm"...

Damn, I feel salty just thinking about it. >-<

Oh, here's another one. Whenever a player announces that they are going AFK and not for technical reasons like lag or whatever. No, no, no, no, no. The excuses they give that I've heard are. 'going out for a smoke', 'going out to grab a sandwich, be back in ten minutes', 'have to go to work in five minutes' (says the guy who has been in game for 20 minutes knowing when they have to work before joining the game!).

That's when I see red. Last time someone did that to me...next game I was in, I didn't even bother CS'ing. I just went around the map killing every enemy champion I saw. We won in under thirty minutes.

Played a match as support today. Had to support a silver 5 vayne with no match history on vayne, and i myself and gold 5, playing one of my better supports, morganna. Got laned aginst a gold 1 ez main with 100+ ranked games on ez and a 72% win rate and a plat 4 nami support main. The person i was supporting had 30 cs at 15 minutes. They flashed agressively then died to give away first blood at 3 minutes then i go and roam and kill the enemy jungler at his buff camps, twice and they just complain the entire time because i wasnt bot sitting in a losing lane lol. Getting highly unbalanced matchups makes me salty af.

supports who rage at me missing a last hit and telling me I shouldn't adc
supports who constantly tell me what to do despite making so many bad mistakes themselves, and you know they are just waiting to burst out with all of these "adc mains are toxic" stereotypes if you say ANYTHING back to them.

Only support mains say that. Because if they're a support main they will never see a bad support in their games. Something people need to understand is almost everyone is shit in the game. The reason ADC/Support is so bad is because you're forced to lane with that shit unlike the other roles. Everybody is toxic in this game, but it's different bot lane because you're forced to lane with it and are a scape goat. I'm sure ADC mains see nothing but shitty, toxic supports. ADCs can usually carry the lane if they're good enough though, or at least CS still.

Supports can't do anything with a shitty ADC. They have to literally AFK near them, or do what I do and just give up on them and roam with the jungler to get top and mid won. Basically what you hear is the vocal minority of support mains who never see a bad support because they always consume that role. That's why 'the support can do no wrong.'

You make really good points, and to be fair my list probably paints a bad picture in a lot of peoples heads- they'll have their past games of a toxic adc immediately come to mind, but to be fair the list is what makes me "salty af" like the thread was about. it doesn't actually mean I am salty often..just when it DOES happen it's usually my support.

most supports I get along with even if we lose lane, but for some reason toxic supports words always feel like daggers compared to my jungler or toplaner raging at me that usually won't bother me.

I do think that something that isn't mentioned enough is how supports are supposed to roam; the supports that think they have to baby sit their adc become dependent on their adc to climb which is why a lot of them don't.

most of the time the support decides the laning phase and it's frustrating to lose a lane or even go even in a highly favorable match up to an adc I know is much worse than me because of the supports.

often times my support leaving is what I want because it draws the other support to match the roam (when it's timed right, that's the important part) and now I get to have more control in a 1v1 where I'm also less likely to get ganked because if the supports are somewhere else it also usually draws the junglers there too for a lot of games because people like to play aram.
