@Riot can we Remove the root on Lee's ult?

There are many MANY champions with displacements who don't get this luxury, Vaynes E doesn't root people when she clicks it, Hecs E doesn't root them when he's about to hit them, Ali W doesn't, Jayce Hammer E doesn't, Poppy E, Rek Sai W, Singed E, Skarner Ult, Trist ult.

All of these champions have a point and click displacement and yet NONE OF THEM root, yet Lee gets a free pass with that.

Lets not forget the same reason we've heard - That its so Lee can line up a shot easier - is also relevent to at least 3 of those champions,

Poppy and Vayne need to line up to a wall to use there E, Singed needs to line up to his W.

Now Riot has recently said that they're changing the Naut ult to be blocked by winwall and Braum shield, to bring it in line consistency wise with the other projectiles, well if that's the case Remove the root on Lees ult to make it consistent with every other point and click displacement in the game

And hey who knows maybe those flashy LC$ plays will increase with people making lee miss his kick so its a win win for all.

It's a stun, not a root.

Which makes it 10x worse. Remove it.

It is, bar none, the most overloaded ability in the game. Check out this base damage! Also check out the fact that it knocks up anyone I kick you into! Also check out the fact that it does a percentage of your max health to whoever you hit (This one's for you, people who can't insec like...well, insec! Fear accidentally ulting the tank no more!) Oh also check out this wicked stun it has on it. also check out this amazing AD scaling. also NO COST. ALSO SHORT COOLDOWN. /rant.

You just compared an ult to basic abilities. Kind of invalidates your whole argument. "Well, Cait Q isn't as strong as Grave's ult when they're the same thing. Grave's ult needs less damage to be like Cait's Q."

I...what? did you even read it?

I pointed out many MANY point and click displacement abilities INCLUDING ULTS and the issue isn't strength the issue is similar to Naut ult and Wind wall, as in for WHATEVER REASON that ability gains an exception to the "Block projectile" rule.

In this case every point and click displacement outside of Lees have one thing in common, they don't stun/root during the initial channel time where as with lee IT DOES

If Riot are going to change Naut ult to go by the same rules as other projectiles interacting with windwall Then by the same logic Lees ult should go by the same rule as every other point and click displacement and no longer root/stun, its not a case of strength its a case of consistency with the types of spells
