...apparently North America is better... because they are the only region since launch to not have their cost of RP/USD rate go up.

Apparently 5+ years of "natural" inflation in USA and periods of weak USD (2009; following the crisis) makes no difference to RIOT... but alas when other currencies move its /GAMEOVER for them.

So alas... the question you posed in Prime Time League can finally be settled once and for all... as RIOT HAS SPOKEN!
