LeBroken WW

I am not sure if this is a bug or is as intended. I was laning vs LeBroken and she would w in for her combo, pick up turret aggro while mid combo, the turret will fire the shot and she will w back, the shot follows her and disappears right before it hits her. So she can essentially tower dive for days and despite the turret targeting and firing at her she takes no damage.
