Flash!!!!

Does anyone else find it frustrating that we essentially have only one summoner choice, because one slot is always Flash? Very few champs can survive without flash. And often you are forced to take flash if the enemy champs do, otherwise you can't keep up in the league of mobility. Rito was quick to butcher teleport and even nerf heal when they were prominent, but why has flash never been addressed?

flash might be mandatory on 99% of the champs, but it's still fun to use

It's basically a way to give people an intelligent escape that they need to use wisely. After that, they have to play safe if they're not an escape god champ like fizz or kayn.
