I think CertaintyT is creative and has good designs, they're all just so jammed with damage/mobility/cc/Utility and everything else that they're so overloaded it's almost impossible to balance them without giving them a 0.1 AD ratio on everything

You'll notice that all of CertaintyT's designs have all of the above specifications, albeit Zed only has soft cc, but extreme mobility. Also, most of his champions are pretty safe compared to others because they either have long range, inherently tanky, have shielding, or have anti poke.

Her Ultimate is already handicapped by the other player. Why do you need more reasons to make it worse? The target gets to choose where to go, so it can't be that bad even if the Kalista is trying as hard as she can to troll the bound player with it.
