Does the new warlord's bloodlust affect monsters?
It says that it affects minions for half of the effect that it would to champions. I was wondering is monsters are lumped into that category or not?

By making it so NO keystone helps in the jungle the jungle can be tuned assuming none works and not influence your keystone decision for pvp.
However every pro in the jungle takes strength of ages tho, and you can argue it helps jungle clear. But not til later. And they mostly take it for the stats and tenacity mastery.
