this is a good rune but still. Shen needs something not an indirect buff. don´t get me wrong i appreciated that but still. using it to a champ with 45 % winrate who has high spell cd and the shield passive that is a small shield. Shield bash isn´t gonna make Shen good. instead we are gonna see other champions who will dominate with the rune.
also dont forget if people take the overheal rune that grants you a shield as well as adc's that build bloodthirster
The custom mini-stats will be big for me, since I love running attack speed on Taric/Shen but I've always been restricted with runes due to that. I'm super eager for these rune tweaks, I've been waiting for months.
it will hopefully go live with just the bonus HP part buffed to 2%
