Brand Brand. with a full combo on lv. 3. with

item 3303 Comet and cheap shot. he deals. Passive: 12% of their maximum health [if the target has 680 hp that means 82 damage.] + 12 true dmg cheapshot + 30 dmg item 3303 + 80 damage q + 70 e + 92 damage w empowered. + 40 damage comet + ignite 130. + scorch 12 damage + 13% of their maximum health from his passive to stack in total. 454,6 damage. and now you are telling me.

  • but that´s only happends if he land all his ability

believe me it´s easy landing his ability. E + q + w that´s all. wait until he is exposed.

  • but the support could shield the damage

Thresh Shen Bard Blitzcrank Braum Leona Zilean Zyra Alistar what about them? *but thresh has a 60 hp shield with his lantern

yeah and a 22 cd shield. and he has all his ability back in 12 sec. except comet ignite

  • but braum can reduce the damage.

still only 30 % reduction. with a 18 sec cd. 454,6 / 30% = 318,22 damage Then wait another 12 sec and another 300 dmg on the adc,see?

what i wanna tell is.

Brand has too much poke potential due his base spell damage that are high and the range of his spells he can cast. if only brand would receive a nerf of the range and an adjust to ALL his spells. like Viktor .

( - ) base spell damage ( - ) cd spells increase ( + ) abiility power scaling

what do you think?

I've played Zyra religiously for the past month, and the only supports that give me hives to play against are Morgana Pyke and Thresh. Everyone else is easy pickings. Brand is no exception. He's incredibly immobile, and if you simply have boots, you can out pace him and avoid his AOEs. Plus, if you're building HP items, he's not so bad unless you fuck up and get caught out. But once you root him, he crumbles, because he's incredibly squishy and far too easy to poke out of the lane. You just have to keep moving and not sit still when he's nearby. That, and keep up vision everywhere.

The tune changes if you certain melee supports, though some lockdown like Leona and Alistar can ruin his shit if they collapse on him.

Level 3 Leona does Aftershock - 46 damage 3x Passive - 117 Q - 75 (10 mgk 65 AA damage) W - 60 E - 60 Ignite - 130 Total - 488 damage Likely 449 because 3x passive is hard to do.

Brand sounds like he does so much damage I guess.

Brand support is very annoying, but easy to outplay, especially considering most people fill as Brand support and get in the way of their ADC.

I play enchanters and they're typically the hardest hit by AP cheese like Brand, but if you play aggressive, then you should be fine. I see a lot of supports get shoved under tower and starved of XP as the enemy freezes the wave. That's going to make everything so much worse.

The only AP support you should ever fear is a good Zyra. That lane is gonna hurt without a gank.

How to deal with Brand support:

Balls to the wall tank Leona

or

Blitzcrank

######or an even more annoying mage support who effectively outranges almost everything else that can be taken bot lane (Zyra)

Less base damage and more scaling is just going to dumpster supp brand.

He just needs a nerf on his W's AoE size or detonation time. From the time its cast to when it deals damage is fast enough that even with item 1001 most adcs and supports can't dodge it even moving preemptively if he literally clicks the ability hovering over them. It deals damage in its area faster than most characters can move from its center to its outer edge without a dash, blink, or huge movement speed boost.

Not as annoying as aatrox support! Couldn't type that with a straight face, lol.
Anyway, mages faking support has happened before, called 'kill lanes'. It's a byproduct of conventional supports being incapable of keeping up functionality, or from damage being superior to have than utility. Which the snowballing is more like an avalanche in retrospect of recent years, so yeah both are prevalent reasons why mages are 'invading' bottom lane.

For brand specifically, just undo the buffs he got after the mage class rework, he was just fine until riot impatiently pushed him over the edge.
