Why not give Yasuo the Ekko treatment?

Why not buff his scalings and nerf his base damage? That way, he will rely more on building damage rather than going for the infamous tanky-ish build he has now. I don't see anything wrong with that. In fact, I think this is a great adjustment for the ronin, since he only deals flat damage.

no if you buff yasuo scaling he gonna be retarded cause he relies on auto's not spells (ap ekko is already retarded but w/e) a suggestion has been made on another thread about giving armor penetration after he ults only to his crits aka nerf tank suo to the ground and keeping critsuo intact.
