Noob Question: Why is Ghostblade Still Considered So Good on Jhin?

So I'm a new-ish player and a Jhin main who's yet to start Ranked (I need much more practice before I can do that) but I'm a bit confused about Ghostblade rush Jhin coming back. From what I understand in S6 it was good cause it gave Jhin more pressure early game but with the change to Lethality the item now seems very late game focused. I know that the stat as a whole got buffed recently to do more damage early, but is that enough to rush it first item? And is it a "Rush every game" sorta deal or only some games, and if so which games would that be?

As a follow-up question, Is Crit-Jhin still a viable pick? I enjoy the build a lot, more than GB Jhin in fact, if for nothing other than I find it more fun.

Ghostblade is more of a tertiary item in Jhin, IMO. Sure, it offers CDR and a cheap 60AD, but the loss of the AS boost in the active kind of knocks it off rush status on Jhin. I think other items would be better rushes for Jhin now.

Armor pen and AD. jhin is somewhat a caster. high damage nn abilities. Jhin gets a lot of free ad from passive. he doesn't auto enough so crit is not worth it. armor penetration is better. if riot was smart an ez way to fix this is to make his bonus ad per level less and increase the scaling per % crit and as he gets.

What others have said plus the Situational MS boost.

It's not actually that situational with an effective 39 second cooldown, plus it gives 20 out of combat movement speed passively. Tis a very good item if you play a roaming playstyle

I like the raw damage it gives. The movement speed/extra damage at times is also nice when chasing an opponent or running away from a tank. As for right now, ghosrblade isn't a must have
